What our meetings consist of
-
We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the meeting feels both focused and fluid.
-
Connection is a core part of the group- You’ll learn just as much from the group as they learn from you.
-
Led by experienced members who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
-
Our members prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage with each other.
-
Everyone at the table is just like you, a hard working business owner. We share successes, interests and even struggles. Authentically and unapologetically.
Sample Agenda
-
The first ten minutes consist or checking in, taking attendance, ordering and getting each other.
-
Everyone has 1 minute in front of the room to introduce them selves and answer the icebreaker. Member questions are limited to 1 to preserve time for everyone. You are encouraged to schedule one on one sessions outside the group or attend social gatherings for a more relaxed setting.
-
Depending on the content, we hold space for a 15-20 minute open discussion determined the week before, followed by Q&A.
-
With the basics fresh, we’ll dive into what we have a head of us and discuss logistics, attendance and strategy.
-
In Person: Our hosts will have our checks ready in a timely fashion so that we can be respectful of everyone’s time and end the meeting on schedule. You can break off if you desire with other members but are not required to say past the scheduled end time.
