We think networking is essential to grow but we have a heavy emphasis on it being done intentionally, in good faith and right. That said, if you are in other networking groups, you do not qualify to be a member of the Jefa Society. With the ongoing stigma associated with some networking groups, we cannot be associated with them or have our members associated with them. However, If you are a direct referral of another Jefa, we are willing to have an indepth conversation about this with you. The reality is, we do not want bad apples here. We want the community to know and trust that The Jefa Society is different, because we are. Our Member Bylaws set us apart and the lengths we go to separate ourselves has weight in the community.
-
Attend a chapter meeting first and see if you think we are a fit. Complete an application and we will set up an interview with you. We’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

On The Standard Membership — We offer a Three-Month Payment Plan
We believe becoming a Jefa should feel exciting, empowering, and accessible.
For those who prefer not to pay their annual membership dues in one payment, The Jefa Society offers a three-month membership payment plan, allowing new members to divide their annual membership dues into three equal monthly payments. (Discount codes cannot be used on payment plans)
YOUR MEMBERSHIP, FULLY INCLUDED
Members enrolled in the three-month payment plan receive the same membership benefits and access as members who pay their annual dues in full.
From the moment your membership is activated, you are welcomed fully into The Jefa Society community and may participate in the opportunities, connections, events, education, chapter activities, and member experiences available to active members.
There is no reduced membership experience simply because you have selected a payment plan.
HOW THE PAYMENT PLAN WORKS
Your annual membership dues are divided into three equal monthly payments.
Your first payment is due upon completion of your membership enrollment and activation. The remaining two payments will be automatically processed according to the payment schedule established at enrollment.
By selecting the payment plan, you agree to complete all three payments in full.
A COMMITMENT TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP
The Jefa Society is a membership community built on commitment, trust, and accountability. Just as we ask our members to honor their commitments to their chapters and fellow Jefas, we ask that membership dues be honored according to the payment agreement selected at enrollment.
If a scheduled payment is missed, declined, or remains unpaid, membership will be immediately revoked.
Revocation means that membership access and privileges will end immediately, including access to member-only meetings, events, benefits, resources, chapter participation, and other opportunities reserved for active Jefas.
Membership will not remain active while a balance is outstanding.
RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP
The three-month payment plan applies to the initial membership term only.
Upon completion of the initial membership term, members who wish to continue their membership must renew for the following membership year.
All membership renewals must be paid in full at the renewal rate in effect at the time of renewal.
Renewal rates are subject to change and may differ from the rate originally paid at the time of initial membership. Selecting the three-month payment plan for your initial membership does not establish or guarantee a future renewal rate or payment arrangement.
Membership will continue into a new membership year only after the applicable renewal dues have been received in full and the member has satisfied all current membership requirements.
A THOUGHTFUL APPROACH TO PAYMENTS
We understand that life happens, and payment issues can occasionally be the result of an expired card, banking error, or other administrative circumstance.
If a payment does not process, members are encouraged to promptly update their payment information and resolve the balance. Membership remains subject to the payment terms above, and access may be revoked immediately when a scheduled payment is not successfully received.
Our goal is not to create stress or embarrassment around payments. Our goal is simply to maintain a clear and fair standard for every member of our community.
WHY WE OFFER THE PAYMENT PLAN
The three-month payment option was created to give more women the opportunity to experience The Jefa Society without requiring the full annual investment upfront.
We want the decision to become a Jefa to be about community, connection, growth, and opportunity — while still respecting the financial commitments that allow our Society to operate at the level our members deserve.
Whether you choose to pay your annual dues in full or through our three-month payment plan, you are equally welcomed, equally valued, and equally a Jefa.
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
By selecting the three-month payment plan, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your initial annual membership dues will be divided into three scheduled payments.
All three payments are required to complete the initial membership commitment.
You will maintain a valid payment method throughout the payment period.
A missed, declined, or unpaid scheduled payment may result in immediate membership revocation.
Membership benefits and access end upon revocation.
Outstanding membership balances remain due regardless of membership access.
The three-month payment plan does not automatically apply to future membership years.
All future renewals must be paid in full at the membership renewal rate in effect at that time.
Renewal rates and membership terms may change from year to year.
Reinstatement is not automatic and may require a new application and approval in accordance with current Jefa Society membership policies.
We are thrilled to welcome you into The Jefa Society.
Your membership is more than a transaction — it is an invitation into a community of women who believe in showing up, building meaningful relationships, supporting one another, and creating opportunities together.
Welcome to the Society. Welcome, Jefa.
This makes the distinction very clear: three payments for the initial year; renewal is a separate annual commitment and must be paid in full at the then-current rate.
