YOU WEREN’T LOOKING FOR ANOTHER NETWORKING GROUP.Neither was I. I was looking for the room I wished existed.A room filled with women who were building something of their own.
Women with names on doors.
Women with businesses behind them.
Women who understood that success is not simply about what you can accomplish alone — but about who you know, who knows you, and who is willing to open a door when your name comes up.
So I built the room.
The Jefa Society.
I’m Tina Rivera, founder of The Jefa Society — and an entrepreneur who has spent years building businesses, creating brands, taking risks, raising a family, navigating the beautiful chaos of entrepreneurship, and learning what happens when women decide to stop competing for the same seat and start building a bigger table.
I didn't want another room where women exchanged business cards and called it networking.
I wanted something more intentional.
More intimate.
More useful.
More powerful.
A place where a woman could say:
I need a great photographer.
And someone at the table knows one.
I need a contractor.
Someone makes the introduction.
I’m looking for a lender.
A Jefa has her.
I need someone who can help me grow this.
Someone says, Call her. I trust her.
That is the difference.
We don't simply collect contacts.
We build an ecosystem.
Inside The Jefa Society, women-owned businesses become connected to one another in ways that create real opportunity.
Your client can become her client.
Her referral can become your next opportunity.
Her introduction can change the trajectory of your business.
And sometimes, the woman sitting beside you becomes the person you call years from now when you need advice, perspective, an introduction — or simply someone who understands.
But there is another part of this society that matters just as much:
we believe women should keep getting better.
So we talk about business.
We talk about strategy.
We talk about money, growth, leadership, branding, visibility, relationships and the realities of being the woman behind the business.
We bring accomplished women into the room.
We learn from one another.
We celebrate one another.
And we hold one another accountable.
Because being a Jefa isn't simply about owning a business.
It's about how you show up.
For your business.
For your word.
For the women around you.
For the opportunity you've been given.
And for the opportunity you can create for someone else.
This society was never meant to be for everyone.
It was meant for women who understand the value of community.
Women who believe their success does not diminish another woman's.
Women who are generous with introductions.
Women who show up.
Women who want to be known for more than what they sell.
Women who want to build something that lasts.
So consider this your invitation.
Not to another networking event.
Not to another membership.
Not to another room where everyone is trying to sell you something.
An invitation into an ecosystem.
A private community of women who are building brands, businesses, relationships and legacies — together.
Come meet us.
Come sit at the table.
Come see what happens when women stop asking “What can you do for me?” and start asking:
What can we build together?
I built The Jefa Society because I believe the right woman in the right room can change everything.
Maybe you're that woman.
Maybe this is your room.
The table is set.

for women who build.
for women who lead.
for women who know there is power in who sits beside them.
